Thousands of homes across the UK have stayed warm and cosy for over 100 years thanks to Valor Gas Fires, the country’s leading manufacturer of cutting-edge fires. Founded in 1890, when a Birmingham-based manufacturer began selling oil storage containers, attention soon turned to heating. The production of oil heaters in 1902 used to warm draughty Victorian homes, marked the birth of the first Valor Fires.
The merger of Newmond plc and Baxi Group brought together three of the world’s leading fire brands, Baxi, Valor and Wonderfire, under one umbrella: Valor Gas Fires. Now working from one purpose built factory, Valor Fires looks forward to heating UK homes for centuries to come.
